Our Policy and Commitment
Our policy is to offer you exceptional value. Reduced fees plus our commitment to
service is our formula for satisfied clients.
Reduced Sales Fees:
- We represent sellers in the marketing of their real property for 4.5% rather than the
traditional 6% sales fee.
- Co-operating sales agents are paid 3% commission at closing. Additionally, if John Byerly
Properties is the selling broker as well as the listing broker, then the sales fee is further
reduced to 3.5%.
